Project Update

Our next meeting will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017, at the high school at 5:00 PM. Agenda items will include the following:

  • Construction progress photo update
  • Review construction project schedule
  • Review project budget
  • Review and discuss gym logo
  • Review of change orders
  • Review/approve technology-AV & projectors bid results – to be presented
  • Review/approve OPM contract amendment

Work ongoing the week of 5/15:

  • Complete trim on exterior storefronts in east elevation
  • Complete exterior masonry in east elevation and continue interior masonry at C vestibule
  • Complete finish paint in A-1
  • Complete corridor linoleum in A-1 and B-1 up to elevator front
  • Complete carpet tile in C building
  • Installing millwork in auditorium
  • Complete OH work list for C and E corridors and inspections
  • Continue set up of kitchen equipment
  • Continue tile in stair # 1 and re-work stair # 2
  • Rough MEP in auditorium and commons area
  • Insulate MEP piping in A, C and E buildings
  • Complete metal work on roof
  • Continue installation of gym flooring
  • Continue to touch up taping and sanding throughout the building
  • Continue exterior site work/rebar and forming and placing concrete sidewalks
  • Grading and tilling of softball field / continue irrigation piping
  • Installing ceiling at exterior loading dock
  • Continue cleaning of classrooms
  • Start epoxy walls and floors in locker rooms
  • Start installation of exterior plantings-weather permitting
