Project Update

Our next meeting will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017, in the Professional Development Room at the Peter Fitzpatrick school at 5:00 PM. Agenda items will be included in a future update.

The NMRHS administration offices have been moved to the new high school site as of Friday, July 7, 2017. The administration suite is the only area that can be accessed at this time for new student registrations, transcripts, and working papers. The direct phone numbers for North Middlesex Regional High School have been successfully migrated to the new high school. Final steps for administrator and summer high school staff phones will be completed on Monday, July 17th. In the event you cannot reach the high school, please call Superintendent Landers directly at 978-597-8713 ex. 1201.

Thank you for your patience during the final stages of phase 1 construction. We are very excited to welcome our new and returning students to our new educational facility.

Committee Update

NMRHS will be moving from the old high school to the new building starting Wednesday, June 28th through July 7th. There will be a major transition in a week and a half time frame. During this period if you are unable to reach staff by phone at the high school, please use email to facilitate the process.

  • Paint in the boiler room areas
  • Continue working on SMMA punch list and work to complete list
  • Installation of the balance of the kitchen equipment tables and connections
  • Continue cleaning throughout the building.
  • Complete installing glass in railings in auditorium and stairway # 3
  • Install clouds in A building and auditorium
  • Complete install of all gym equipment
  • Complete FA testing and NFPA report
  • Receive chlorination results and submit
  • Install granite on exterior seat walls
  • Install MEP finishes in toilet /shower rooms in E building
  • Continue floor tile in kitchen server-commons area
  • Continue air and water balance and report submittals
  • Complete MEP insulation in all areas
  • Continue with the stage flooring and seal gym
  • Installation of planters box /site work on fields/ miscellaneous loaming and raking at west courtyard
